Hi there. My name is Jan Wallace and I hope to be this for every single one of my clients.
While serving as caregiver to my parents, I developed a passion for assisting seniors and their families to navigate the complexities of financial and emotional challenges that accompany the sale of a home. That intimate experience has given me a deeper understanding and compassion for senior care needs and transition plans. The customized services I offer my clients includes everything from downsizing to moving, transitioning to a more supportive environment, the preparation and sale of your real estate and everything in between. Through my experience I have also become well versed in VA benefits, the referral of elder law attorneys and an array of other services I’ll always gladly customize in order to meet the specific needs of each client.
That passion and resourcefulness was recognized in 2016 by the National Association of Realtors at its annual conference in Orlando. From a pool of dedicated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) across the country, I had the honor of being awarded the prestigious Outstanding Service Award for my comprehensive knowledge, service, extraordinary performance and ethical standards on behalf of senior clients.
Over the course of my career I’ve become the preferred Realtor in more than 30 adult communities in Lee and Collier County. I’ve have served on Board of Directors for the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association. In 2011, I became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a mark of global market prestige. Affluent buyers and sellers trust the CLHMS designation to identify experts that possess the knowledge, experience, competence and confidence needed to fulfill their objectives. I’ve also served on dozens of professional boards and attained numerous advanced real estate credentials.
