Make a referral to The Terraces at Bonita Springs and we’ll express our gratitude in a variety of ways.

Resident Referral Program

Know someone who would love living at The Terraces at Bonita Springs? When you refer your friends to The Terraces at Bonita Springs, you can earn a credit for three months of free maintenance for each friend (or couple) who moves in!

Associate Referral Program

Refer someone who moves into The Terraces at Bonita Springs and receive a $2,000 reward. Associates will receive $2,000 after the resident has lived at The Terraces at Bonita Springs for 30 days. Note:

• If more than one Associate submits the same referral, the earliest submittal will be eligible for the award.
• This is based upon the unit and not the number of people residing in it.
• This does not apply to respite stays.
