Professor Philip Leto III, JD, started his career as an attorney in both private and public sectors as well as a professor at the University of Tampa. Currently, he is enjoying a secondary profession as an expert lecturer and educator in the senior living arena.

His passion for research, communications and politics has assisted him in delivering programs that are timely and up-to-the-minute observations on present-day world affairs.

About Dr. Philip Leto
Philip was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, where he graduated from Jesuit High School. He earned a degree in political science from the University of Florida with academic distinction, and attended Stetson University College of Law,where he received his Juris Doctor.

After serving as an assistant state attorney for Hillsborough County, Florida, for several years, he operated a private law practice in Tampa, specializing in criminal defense and other areas of trial law. Dr. Leto enjoyed researching and lecturing in the department of government and world affairs at the University of Tampa from 2000 to 2012.

Since 2002, Dr. Leto has presented thousands of lectures to audiences throughout Florida, up and down the East Coast of the United States, as well as in Texas and Oklahoma. His avid reading and frequent travels have contributed to an analytical style of presenting domestic and international events that is both critical and insightful.
