The Terraces at Bonita Springs is proud to announce that power to the building was restored around 12:45 p.m. All residents in Renaissance and Independent Living are safe and accounted for. The Terraces did not experience any significant damage to the building. Residents who left the community may return at their leisure.
Our Team has checked all major A/C units throughout the building. So far, all units are fully operational and we’ll continue to monitor over the weekend.
Elevators throughout the community have been tested and are fully functional.
Housekeeping will resume its normal cleaning schedule beginning Monday, September 18th. If you have any outstanding trash in your apartment we ask that you bring it down to the trash room on your floor.
Maintenance will begin moving items back to resident lanais by Tuesday, Sept. 19th.
The Lee Health Outpatient Clinic will reopen on Monday, September 18th.
The Fitness Center is now open for residents. However, the Pool & Spa will be closed until further notice.
Mr. & Mrs. Vogel will host a post-hurricane celebratory happy hour in the Performing Arts Center from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Now that power is restored, resident may begin using tap water in the community.
The curfew for Estero and Bonita Springs has been revised, the amended hours are midnight to 6 a.m. daily, until further notice.
